16. Council Order #051305, Request of the Deputy Treasurer/Tax Collector to authorize the City Manager to execute, on behalf of the City, an agreement with Ellsworth Demo Disposal, Inc. for the acceptance of demolition debris and wood waste.  This agreement will be in effect from July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2016.
