The regular meeting of the Ellsworth Planning Board will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall, to hear public comment and for consideration of the following requests:

  1. Adoption of Minutes from the May 2, 2012 meeting.
  2. Final Plan for a Major Subdivision and Major Conditional Use entitled Shore Road Apartments for Patrick C. Jordan. The proposal is to construct a six-unit apartment building on 0.77 acres (Tax Map 138, Lots 21, 22, and 23) in the R-1 zone.
    1. PUBLIC HEARING AND DETERMINATION OF COMPLETENESS.
    2. PUBLIC HEARING, DELIBERATIONS, FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS.
  3. Sketch Plan for a Major Subdivision and Pre-application for a Major Conditional Use entitled Beckwith Pines for Senergy Partners, LLC. The proposal is to construct an eight-unit apartment building on 2.3 acres (Tax Map 16, Lot 47) in the C-2 Zone.
    1. PUBLIC HEARING AND GENERAL DISCUSSION.
  4. Final Plan for Modifications to a Major Conditional Use Permit entitled Dead River Company Ellsworth Falls Bulk Plant for Dead River Company. The proposal is to install six 30,000-gallon aboveground storage tanks and a loading rack on 7.26 acres (Tax Map 50, Lot 44) in the Industrial Zone.
    1. PUBLIC HEARING AND DETERMINATION OF COMPLETENESS.
    2. PUBLIC HEARING, DELIBERATIONS, FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS.
  5. Review of proposed amendments to the Ellsworth Code of Ordinances Chapter 19 Land Use Ordinance. The proposal is to amend the allowed uses in the C-2 Zone as it pertains to research laboratories.
  6. Review of proposed amendments to the Ellsworth Code of Ordinances Chapter 56 Unified Development Ordinance, Chapter 28 Subdivision Ordinance, and the repeal of Chapter 19 Land Use Ordinance. The proposal consists of a major revision to the City’s land use regulations.
  7. Signing of mylars before conclusion of meeting.
  8. Adjournment.
