1. Red tool chest locked. Inside on the drawers was a green leafy substance.
2. Tray organizer on the table. Inside were rolling papers.
3. Metal trash can about 3' high. The trash can appeared to be full of returnable bottles and cans. I moved a mailbox, and container holding a wrench set off of the top of the trash can. I could see a stem from a marijuana plant on the metal container holding the wrenches. I further looked in the metal can. I removed a hand full of cans and bottles and found a black garbage bag covering some type of animal food bag. Inside the bag were two large zip-lock bags full of what appeared to be marijuana.
A further search with my canine outside around the vehicles in the yard found the following. 10 small marijuana plants in the cab of an old pickup. 13 small marijuana plants in the cab of another old pickup. These plants were in plain view.

On 6-4-09 at 2050 hours I assisted MDEA with a search warrant at a residence in Trenton. I searched the garage with my narcotics canine Vegas. In the "parts room" Vegas alerted to the odor of narcotics by digging and a change of breathing.
